Take a hard, long look at these numbers.  I want someone from the left side to explain why these numbers are so low.

I have an answer, but I want to hear what the other side says.

Why? Because people want results not partisan bickering.

And as ticked as people may be at Obama, they dislike Congress a whole lot more. And that is where the blockage is.

People disliked Congress more than Bush when he was in office. It was and still is hard to find Dems to admit it though. If it was all Bush’s fault when he was in, it’s hard to spend much time defending Obama now, especially after the way he talked on the campaign trail. I guess I figure that since Obama pinned everything on Bush for months while running for president, it’s only right that people do the same to him. What goes around, comes around.

Obama and his puppets had 6 or so months of a super majority in the senate and overwhelming lead in the house and they still couldn’t get the job done. Democrats need to stop blaming the GOP for their inability to get stuff done.

Todd, you right on one thing, people want results. The result may be the dems losing control if they don’t get their crap together….

I’ve spoken on Democrats’ shortcomings before and I will have a post about it tonight.

Obama’s approval rating is just under 50% because so many liberals disapprove of the job he is doing. The numbers have dropped because he’s losing liberal support.

And everyone disapproves of Congress because Democrats are pissed at Republicans for stopping absolutely everything (and at Democrats for letting them) and Republicans are mad at what Democrats are trying to do. That just seems obvious.

    There. Explained.

I have also seen numbers that have shown that the GOP is going to gain some serious numbers in the House, Senate, and Governors spots across the country.

Predictions of 20 seat change in the house and 8 seat change in the senate.

If the election took place today it may be bad, but it is a long time until November.

I still think we need a few third party candidates to sneak in. I don’t even care if they’re liberal or conservative, the Dems and Republicans need serious wake up calls.

Should the Bush tax cuts end for those that make $1,000,000 per year and up?
