Bank of America account holders noticed problems with their dashboards on Wednesday, with reports suggesting the bank’s website is down.
Problems reported to Downdetector spiked at around 1:17 p.m. from 19,750 users.
Account balances showed dash lines where a cash balance should appear, according to comments on Downdetector’s website. At least one MassLive reporter with a Bank of America account noticed this issue with their account.
One Bank of America customer told CNN that the current balance amount for one or multiple accounts “may be temporarily unavailable.”
The outage comes after users reported an outage with Spectrum, which saw a peak in reports on Downdetector at 3:14 p.m.
