All Access Equipment has announced a rebranding after being acquired by CMC. The company will now be CMC North America. This rebranding will not change the company’s standards or service.

All Access Equipment, Inc. (AAE), a longtime dealer of CMC tracked aerial lifts, is excited to announce its rebranding as CMC North America, effective immediately. This strategic transformation follows the acquisition of All Access Equipment by CMC, announced in February of 2024 – a move spearheaded by private equity fund Metrika, which acquired a 70% stake in CMC in October 2023. At the time, Metrica’s Marco Giuseppini and Nicola Pietralunga noted that the addition of AAE represented, “a significant step for CMC in consolidating its leadership in the lifting industry, with a particular focus on the U.S. market.”
The rebranding to CMC North America represents a considerable evolution in the company’s mission to enhance customer satisfaction and elevate its position as a market leader. By more outwardly aligning with CMC, a globally recognized brand in the aerial lift industry, CMC North America aims to leverage such prominence to keenly focus its overall business model and better serve its clients.
