For those who dream of living on a luxurious yacht that sails around the world, your ship has (almost) come in. Frank Binder, a Monaco-based architect, recently unveiled plans for Ulyssia, a 320-meter, 15-deck residential superyacht that can accommodate 250 passengers. Designed to be “the world’s most exclusive residential yacht community,” Ulyssia will have 132 residences (beginning at $10 million) as well as 22 guest suites. The ship will feature five restaurants, an interior and exterior pool, classroom facilities for children, and medical facilities. Construction of the vessel—which is estimated to cost $1.5 billion—is set to begin later this year with delivery expected in 2028.
