Police in Anguilla say they believe a shooting incident that occurred on Sunday night, in which one person was killed and two others injured, may have involved foreign nationals.
In a statement, the police said the incident occurred near Sandy Ground Pond, an island that can be reached by boat.
The incident coincided with the closing ceremony of the 2024 Anguilla Summer Festival with the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service Band on display.
