Tradewind Aviation offers St Barts, Anguilla, Tortola, and Virgin Gorda as part of the deal. JetBlue passengers can fly to these places via connections through San Juan, Antigua, and St Thomas. David Zipkin, Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Tradewind, commented,

This collaboration opens up a world of connectivity, offering unparalleled access between Tradewind’s exclusive destinations and the vast network of JetBlue. This interline agreement will significantly enhance the travel experience, providing our mutual guests with greater convenience and a wider range of options.”
Expanding presence in the Caribbean
JetBlue is among the top five airlines operating flights between the United States and the Caribbean . In fact, it’s second only to American Airlines in terms of the number of flights to the region. This year, the carrier will offer more than 81,700 flights and a total of 13,947,367 to several popular destinations in the Caribbean.

The airline mostly uses Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL) as a gateway to the region but also has plenty of flights from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR).
Some of the destinations in the region have been on JetBlue’s map for many years now. In May, the carrier celebrated a decade of service to Santiago and Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, Montego Bay in Jamaica, and Port of Spain in Trinidad and Tobago.
About Tradewind Aviation
Tradewind Aviation was founded in 2001 and provides private and scheduled services throughout North America and the Caribbean. It operates out of hundreds of airports in both regions using a fleet of Pilatus PC-12 and Citation CJ3 Jet aircraft.
Some of its top leisure destinations throughout the Northeast, Bahamas, and Caribbean include Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, St Barts, the British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Antigua, Marsh Harbour, and North Eleuthera.
Tradewind also has a vetted partner network that allows it to charter flights to anywhere in the world. It uses its own turboprop aircraft to provide regional flights but also offers medium and large-cabin business jets for longer flights that it books through trusted partners.
Tradewind has interline partnerships with other airlines, too, including United Airlines, American Airlines, and British Airways. It’ll be interesting to see how its partnership with JetBlue develops in the years to come.
