Mercyhealth officials recently welcomed Dominic Draper, board certified family medicine doctor, to Mercyhealth Elkhorn, 839 N. Wisconsin St. in Elkhorn.
He had previously cared for patients at other Mercyhealth Walworth County clinics.
Draper said his method of care is twofold.
“My philosophy is one of not only teamwork within the health care team, but also making sure the patient is the spotlight of the care and decision making,” he said in a press release. “I ensure my patients feel heard and their health care goals are expressed and discussed. Together, we collaborate to manage their concerns in the best way possible.”
After earning his medical degree at American University of Antigua, Antigua and Barbuda, Draper served a family medicine residency at Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals/All Saints in Milwaukee. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
