The Argentina international won two Premier League titles, as well as the FA Cup, Champions League, Super Cup and Club World Cup titles all in 2023.
During his time at City, he also won the 2022 World Cup with Argentina, as well as the Copa America earlier this year.

Having agreed terms with Alvarez, Atletico and Chelsea have now agreed £38m deals for Samu Omorodion and Conor Gallagher to swap clubs.
The deals are not finalised yet, but sources involved have told Sky Sports News they are getting very close.
Omorodion, 20, has been a top target for Enzo Maresca’s side.
When does the summer transfer window open and close?
The 2024 summer transfer window officially closes on August 30 at 11pm UK time in the Premier League and 11.30pm in Scotland.
The Premier League has brought forward Deadline Day to link up with the other major leagues in Europe. The closing dates were set following discussions with the leagues in England, Germany, Italy, Spain and France.
