The Little League World Series begins on Wednesday in Williamsport, Pa.
It’s a time to see a true love of the game and remind us all of a simpler time in our lives.
20 Little League teams from around the globe have arrived with the goal of holding up the world championship banner on Aug. 25.
A year ago, California bested Curaçao for the championship, the fifth-consecutive American squad to win the event. This year, teams from 10 different American and 10 international regions will descend upon Lamade and Volunteer Stadiums hoping to achieve that same goal.
