Hurricane Ernesto is bringing storm surge and flash flooding to Bermuda as hurricane force wind gusts and heavy tropical rain bands move in ahead Ernesto’s eye. Rip current risks will be up this weekend along North Carolina beaches as a result of stronger currents with Ernesto passing off the coast by a couple hundred miles.
