Danish Industry, the Royal Danish Consulate General in São Paulo, and partners invite Danish companies to to join the Danish Pavilion at the greatest wind energy event in Latin America – Brazil WindPower 2024

Onshore, Offshore and New Technologies
Brazil Wind Power has strengthened the community of professionals in the wind industry for the past 14 years, being one of the main events in the sector. In 2024, the event will be a one stop shop for the wind industry in Brazil, giving focus to the onshore, the offshore, and the green hydrogen sectors of Brazil, all in São Paulo.

Accelerating the global shift towards sustainability and combating climate change, Denmark and Brazil are, as both frontrunners in green technology, cooperating in the development of Renewable energy and green transition. The aim is to advance political ties, fostering government collaboration, and expanding economic relationships, aligning with the Paris Agreement and UN Sustainable Development Goals. Now entering its execution phase, this collaboration promises deep engagement over the next three years. This cooperation is taking off in the moment where Brazil has reached more than 30GW of Onshore Wind installed, capacity, with 4GW under construction and more than 24GW already permitted; and where green hydrogen projects are receiving international attention to make the most out of the cheap clean Brazilian energy to de-carbonize the global supply chain.

For the 15th anniversary of Brazil WindPower Danish Industry, the Royal Danish Consulate General in São Paulo, and partners will provide a full program from October 22-24, including workshops, networking events with relevant stakeholders, public and private from the industry in Brazil as well as a turn-key exhibition stand at the Brazil WindPower.

The program starts on Monday, October 21st, at the Danish Consulate in São Paulo with a series of workshops exploring the current affairs and perspectives of Brazilian On- and Offshore wind business, the business environment in Brazil, and what to expect from the expo. During the three days of the event, a program of workshops, meetings and presentations will engage and involve the Danish companies deeply in the discussions of the next steps of the Brazilian industry.

The Danish Pavilion at Brazil WindPower includes:

The price is including a 50% subsidy from the Danish Trade Council, based on the rules of “de-minimis” subsidy for export promotion activities.
