Karate Newfoundland and Labrador has announced that Emily Reglar has secured a bronze medal at the 2024 K1 Youth League in Cancun, Mexico.
Reglar faced competitors from Europe, South America, and North America.
She won the bronze medal match against a competitor from Mexico securing a 1:0 victory.
