Prior to joining American Global Tracy held executive positions at some of Canada‘s leading national and regional brokerage firms. She holds a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker designation (CAIB) and is licensed as a broker in Ontario (RIBO), Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Colombia. Tracy is a past president of RIBO as well as the Toronto Insurance Conference and is a former chair of the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada. Tracy studied Business, Travel and Tourism at Seneca College in Toronto.
