Kohl, who died at age 88 last year, bought the property in the 1970s as undeveloped land and went on to build a number of structures across the sprawling acreage, which is bordered by a river. The Milwaukee Bucks owner used the residence as a getaway for 40-plus years; it’s now on the market for the first time since 1975.
