On Saturday, October 5, the International Base Team of the Third World March for Peace and Nonviolence was received with a very warm and emotional welcome at the headquarters of the Andrés Bello University in Chalatenango.
With messages that a better world is possible to live in peace and without violence for present and future generations in Central America.
The activity was full of joy and color, with the participation of faculty, community members and students of the Regional of Chalatenango who expressed themselves through speeches, poetry and songs, which were enjoyed by an auditorium full of young people, who welcomed the international base team of the Third World March for Peace and Nonviolence, which is on its journey through Central America and Mexico, from the 3rd to the 13th of October 2024.
At the end of the activity, the audience asked questions and queries about how they could actively integrate the 3MM, from the student community and the country of El Salvador itself, and after the closing ceremony, the people present were invited to taste a variety of traditional dishes from the region of Chalatenango, with the courtesy that has characterized the teachers, administrative staff and students of the UNAB.
