MOUZ for the upcoming FISSURE PLAYGROUND Belgrade 2025 qualifiers.

MOUZ announced that the roster is still undergoing tryouts as they prepare for the 2025 season, so further roster changes are expected soon. However, for the upcoming FISSURE PLAYGROUND Belgrade qualifier, MOUZ’s roster is confirmed as follows:

Lasha “Nande” Narsia Ondřej “Supream^” ŠtarhaTobias “Tobi” Buchner (stand-in)Thiago “Thiolicor” CordeiroTal “Fly” AizikFly leaves North America to return to Europe

It has been some time since we last saw Fly lead a European team. After his tenure with OG ended in May 2018, the Israeli player has not stayed in the region, instead pursuing stints in North America and, briefly, Southeast Asia.

Fly led Evil Geniuses (EG) from 2018 to 2022, later moving to Shopify Rebellion alongside other former EG players Artour “Arteezy” Babaev, Abed Azel “Abed” Yusop, Jonáš “SabeRLighT-” Volek, and Andreas “Cr1t-” Nielsen. Throughout their time with EG and Shopify Rebellion, that Fly-led roster dominated the North American scene but struggled in international tournaments. This series of lackluster results eventually led to roster changes, with Fly departing the team in November 2023 alongside Abed and Cr1t.

Fly’s most recent team was Nouns Esports, though the organisation left the Dota 2 scene in November and the roster momentarily played under the name Atlantic City before parting ways. Following the disbandment, Fly returns to the competitive European scene to join MOUZ, with a major event already on the horizon!

MOUZ is already preparing for the next major event, FISSURE PLAYGROUND Belgrade 2025. The team will compete in the Western Europe Closed Qualifier from December 18 to 22.

Although no major contestants have been confirmed, we will likely see MOUZ take on mostly tier two Western European teams in the qualifier. The winner will qualify for the main event, featuring 16 teams and a million-dollar prize pool.

Will this new Fly-led roster make it through?
