Tropical Depression Nineteen formed in the Caribbean Sea on Thursday and the system will likely become Tropical Storm Sara soon. Forecasters say the storm will be capable of unleashing life-threatening and potentially catastrophic impacts to Central America, including flash flooding and mudslides.
