ALEXANDRIA — On Tuesday, Dec. 10, the Prairie Lakes Audubon Chapter will host Eric Matteson, who will speak about the Zumbro Audubon Society’s Motus network installation in the National Park of Tikal in Guatemala.
The event will take place at 7 p.m. over Zoom.

He is a native of Nebraska, and now emeritus Professor of Medicine and Emeritus Chair, Division of Rheumatology at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, with joint appointment in the Division of Epidemiology in the Department of Health Sciences Research.

Echo Press staff report
Our newsroom occasionally reports stories under a byline of “staff.” Often, the “staff” byline is used when rewriting basic news briefs that originate from official sources, such as a city press release about a road closure, and which require little or no reporting. At times, this byline is used when a news story includes numerous authors or when the story is formed by aggregating previously reported news from various sources. If outside sources are used, it is noted within the story.
