Jamaica (+370) vs. Venezuela (-115) â Draw (+230) | O/U Total 2.5 (+132/-162)
Jamaica suffered a 1-0 loss to Mexico in the Copa America opener before having its doors blown off 3-1 by Ecuador last time out. Itâs a rather tall order for the Reggae Boyz in the finale of group stage play, as they face the red-hot La Vinotinto, as Venezuela has won both matches, while sitting atop the Group B table. On the flip side, Jamaica has since been eliminated from advancing.
The big news for Venezuela is that manager Fernando Batista will miss Sundayâs match due to suspension, as his team arrived late to the field of play for the match against Mexico. The sting is lessened by the fact Venezuela has already punched its ticket into the Round of 16 after its monumental victory over La Tri last time out. However, there is still reason to keep their foot on the gas, as Venezuela can win the group, therefore avoiding defending World Cup champion Argentina in the next match.
The good news here is that Venezuela still has reason to play hard, as it looks to avenge its suspended manager, while also pushing for the three points to avoid Argentina in the next round. Jamaica just doesnât have the motivation or talent to upend the red-hot South American side, even if La Vinotinto will be operating without its manager.
Look for Venezuela to get the job done, sweeping the group stage matches. Itâs a good idea to look to the correct score, calling for a 1-0 score in favor of the table toppers. As such, youâll also want to back the Under 2.5 Total Goals (-162), although youâll have to pay a pretty penny if you want some insurance. Under 1.5 Total Goals (+196) can help you nearly double up, if youâre a little less conservative.

Mexico (+190) vs. Ecuador (+165) â Draw (+200) | O/U Total 2.5 (+140/-170)
Mexico and Ecuador battle on Sunday, and itâs a super important match. Both sides still have an opportunity to punch their ticket to the Round of 16, but there is plenty of work to do.
El Tri suffered a stunning 1-0 loss to Venezuela last time out, and after upending Jamaica 1-0 in the opener, Mexico has an even goal differential. As such, El Tri must pick up a victory against Ecuador if it wishes to avoid elimination in the group stage.
Ecuador opened behind the 8-ball, as its captain received a red card at 22â² in the opener, eventually falling to Venezuela 2-1 after playing down a man for the majority of the match. Ecuador thumped Jamaica 3-1 last time out, receiving a little help along the way. Jamaica actually had an own goal at 13â² in that match, while Kendry Paez banged home a penalty kick before the break. Alan Minda added a goal in stoppage time in the second half for the convincing victory.
Mexico midfielder Edson Alvarez is not fit to play, as he battles a hamstring ailment. In addition, Santiago Gimenez and Alexis Vega must watch their steps, as they posted a yellow card last time out, so another in this match would disqualify them, should Mexico advance.
Enner Valencia is back for Ecuador after he was sent off in the first match with a dangerous challenge, securing a red card. Thatâs great news for La Tricolor. For Ecuador, Paez and Jeremy Sarmiento are on yellow cards, so they need to be careful to avoid a potential suspension should they advance.
Weâre going to have a lot of urgency on both sides, as one of these clubs will be headed home, and one will be headed to the Round of 16. Ecuador looked awfully strong last time out, and they held their own for a while playing a majority of the game down in the opener, a match it very well could have won. Ecuador will be fine with a draw, and thatâs the most attractive play for a chance to double up.
Best Bets
Mexico vs. Ecuador â Draw (+200)
Under 2.5 Total Goals (-172)
Same-Game Parlay (+230)
Mexico vs. Ecuador â Draw (+200)
Under 2.5 Total Goals (-172)
