DLA Piper has appointed a longtime partner and a more recent recruit from White & Case to co-lead its Mexico City office.
Edgar Romo, a finance partner who has been with DLA Piper in Mexico since 2016, will co-manage the office alongside M&A partner Mauricio Valdespino, who joined the firm from White & Case’s local office in 2022.
