PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – Vice President Kamala Harris has responded to reports of gunshots fired within the vicinity of the former president.
“I have been briefed on reports of gunshots fired near former President Trump and his property in Florida, and I am glad he is safe. Violence has no place in America,” Harris wrote in a post published to X.
The U.S. Secret Service is investigating the shots fired.
The Secret Service says that Trump is safe.
