Auberge has plans for its first Puerto Rico resort: Travel Weekly

The Auberge Resorts Collection plans to open a property in Puerto Rico as part of Moncayo, a 1,100-acre private residential community in Fajardo.

The luxury, oceanfront resort will comprise 68 hotel rooms. Moncayo, which will open in three phases and be completed in 2027, will include 400 private residences starting at $3 million-plus; a private club anchored by an 18-hole Mackenzie & Ebert-designed golf course and including a family short course; a 100-acre organic farm and nursery; and a village encompassing an array of retail, offices, a concierge medical clinic and an accredited K-12 charter school.
