(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 8-AUG-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Rolls-Royce (LSE: RR., ADR: RYCEY) has announced the appointment of Kimberly C. Hicks as General Counsel for Defence and Rolls-Royce North America (RRNA). Based in Washington, D.C., Kim will be a crucial member of both the Defence and General Counsel Leadership teams.
In her new role, Kim will lead the global Defence General Counsel team and oversee General Counsel team members in the United States. She will also join the RRNA Board, which is responsible for overseeing Rolls-Royce’s Special Security Agreement with the U.S. Department of Defence.
Kim joined Rolls-Royce in 2022 and has been serving as interim General Counsel for Defence and RRNA since January 2024. Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, she led the litigation and investigations team at Accenture Federal Services and served as legal counsel at Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Headquarters and Space Sector. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a juris doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
