The charges stem from a murder investigation following the discovery of four bodies in a bushy area off Daily Road, New Grant, Tableland, on May 25, 2020.
The victims included three foreign nationals and one local resident from Tableland.
Charles was arrested after years of extensive investigations and a coordinated cross-regional effort, which led to his detention in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
This investigation was led by ASP Persad and supervised by Senior Superintendent Dhilpaul and Superintendent Persad.
