RSVGPF Police Youth Club Announces Summer Camp with St. Lucia Police Youth Club
An exciting and transformative opportunity awaits as the Police Youth Clubs of the Royal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) gear up for their summer camp, scheduled from July 21, 2024, to August 5, 2024. This year, we are honored to host the Royal St. Lucia Police Force Police Youth Club, fostering regional cooperation and youth development.
The camp will take place at the Central Leeward Secondary School, with the official opening ceremony set for Monday, July 22, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. The event will feature attendance by government and police officials, marking the start of a diverse and impactful program designed to empower our youth. Brief remarks are expected to be delivered by Hon. Dr. Ralph Gonsalves, Prime Minister and Minister of National Security, etc, Hon. Dr. Orando Brewster, Parliamentary Representative for Central Leeward, Commissioner of Police (Ag), Mr. Envill Williams and others.
Participants will engage in a variety of activities aimed at imparting crucial life skills, including:
Leadership Training: Nurturing the leaders of tomorrow.
Team Building Exercises: Promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Educational Lectures: Covering topics such as personal safety, community service, and crime prevention.
Physical Activities: Encouraging health and fitness through sports and outdoor activities.
Creative Workshops
This summer camp is designed to equip each participant with the tools and knowledge needed to become responsible, engaged citizens. The collaboration with the Royal St. Lucia Police Force Police Youth Club will also offer a valuable opportunity for cultural exchange and mutual learning.
