The Star Alliance lounge at Los Angeles International Airport was again celebrated as North America’s Leading Airport Lounge at the World Travel Awards this year, marking its fifth consecutive win. The announcement came during the Caribbean & The Americas Gala Ceremony on July 1, 2024, hosted on the picturesque island of Saint Vincent.
Star Alliance CEO Theo Panagiotoulias commented on the victory, saying: “Our aim at Star Alliance is to make air travel more effortless and stress-free. Additionally, I thank our Star Alliance member airlines for their ongoing partnership, which has contributed to the lounge’s success over the years.”
