THIS IS BIG.
Literally, it is huge.
How could something this big be “discovered” by someone who happens to stumble upon such a thing?
One man’s junk is another man’s treasure. Right?
I know many folks (including me) who have made incredible discoveries at salvage yards. I mean, these days, people are throwing magnets off a bridge and finding valuable stuff.
So, what about this junkyard here in Alabama?
It was found by a guy on YouTube in 2024.
He uncovered a 22-acre junkyard full of over a hundred classic cars.
Classic cars are exactly what I just typed on the screen.

This junkyard had Chevy Camaros as well as Toyota and Ford vehicles.
I could spend hours and hours at this place and never get bored.
The owner is looking to sell most of the cars and other items in this junkyard.
It’s so bizarre how this can happen.
A co-worker and I made a somewhat similar discovery earlier this year while working in the Coaling, Alabama area.
We were doing some work on equipment for our company and we stopped on the tiny road that leads to a building we own. If my co-worker had not yelled at me, I would probably be dead.
That road in Coaling has a dropoff or cliff that is hundreds of feet deep.
As I caught myself and looked down into the valley, I noticed it was full of furniture, televisions, random items, and even a few cars and motorcycles.
I’ve been out that way many times and I never knew this existed.
There it was! A giant sinkhole full of stuff that had been tossed down in this valley.
It looks dangerous so I do NOT advise going to this place.
DO NOT TRY THIS WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE OWNER.
