The chef, Wesley True, has been nominated twice for the James Beard Award and is constantly experimenting with ingredients and culinary skills to offer varying menus to its guests. Before opening the restaurant, the chef took second in the Great American Seafood Cook-off. From the roasted chicken to seafood, crawfish beignets to the Stone Hollow goat’s cheese, there is a range of dishes to suit every taste at True Montgomery.
The Docks at Goose Pond Colony

Bottega has earned a great reputation, with its delectable dishes and a casual yet sophisticated ambiance, The owner, Frank Sitt, also runs two other restaurants including the award winning Highlands Bar and Grill and Chez Fonfon.
