Despite the cold weather and long wait, the crowd of tens of thousands of people has gone wild for Kamala Harris as she takes the stage in Philadelphia.
The Democratic presidential candidate is delivering one of her final pleas to voters.
“Our campaign has tapped into the ambitions and the aspirations and the dreams of the American people,” she tells her supporters.
“It is time for a new generation of leadership in America.”
However, she says the “race ain’t over yet” and this could be one of the “closest races in history”.
“You will decide the outcome of this election Pennsylvania,” she adds.
“Make no mistake, we will win.”
Chants of “we will win” break out in the crowd – but some people are choosing to leave the audience instead.
“America is ready for a fresh start, ready for a new way forward,” Ms Harris says.
“I will spend everyday on your behalf working on my to-do lists.”
She sets out a series of policies including tax cuts for working families, reduced healthcare costs, bringing down the cost of living and securing abortion rights.
Her famous campaign slogan “we are not going back” rings out through Eakins Oval.
“I am not looking to score political points, I am looking to make progress,” she says.
“I pledge to always put country above path and self and to be a president for all Americans.”
She ends her speech by telling the crowd that her campaign needs to end with optimism and joy.
“We can confront any challenge we face when we do it together,” she says.
“Our people powered movement reflect a simple truth, that we are all in this together.”
The crowd erupts into applause as Ms Harris’s signature song Freedom by Beyonce plays.
