Life gets a little crazy with kids back in school and after-school football starting. But Fillmore Pizza Kitchen, 3150 N. Chestnut St. (in the Best Western Fillmore Inn), is coming to the rescue of time-crushed families. It has launched All-You-Can-Eat offerings for $16.99 per person ($9.99 for kids 10 and under).

The all-you-can-eat pasta, salad bar and soup is held 5-9 p.m. daily. Choose from spaghetti or penne pasta with a choice of sauces. Customize the pasta with meatballs or Italian sausage links for an additional price. The salad bar has 18 different toppings and six dressings. The soup selection changes daily.

On Fridays and Saturdays from 5 to 9 p.m., it switches things up with an all-you-can-eat pizza slice buffet, salad bar and soup. The pizza menu includes pepperoni, cheese, meat lovers, veggie, the California Dream specialty pizza or the deluxe.

All-you-can-eat options are dine-in only; no takeout and no doggie bags. The full regular menu is available, too. Not so hungry? Take a single trip to the salad bar and soup station for $9.99. Details: 719-635-5955, facebook.com/FillmorePizzaKitchen.
