LWVCC to Host the Colorado House District 13 Candidates  – by Ark Valley Voice Staff

The League of Women Voters of Chaffee County ( LWVCC) will host a Candidate Forum and Meet and Greet Session from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24 at the Salida Scout Hut, Riverside Park, 210 East Sackett Avenue, Salida.

The session will feature Colorado House District 13 Democrat incumbent Julie McCluskie and Republican challenger Dave Williams, and will include introductions followed by moderator and audience questions. The audience questions will be funneled through League “readers” and streamlined in the interests of time and efficiency. Grace Garret, League Voter Services Chair, will moderate.

Following the session, attendees will have an opportunity to meet and greet the candidates. Light refreshments will be served.
