Former champions Pakistan (PAK) will open their T20 World Cup 2024 campaign against hosts United States of America (USA) on Thursday, June 6, at the Grand Prairie Stadium, in Dallas. The USA got off to a flying start in the tournament by defeating Canada by seven wickets at the same venue.

As for the USA, their goal is to put up a strong fight and, if possible, upset the Men in Green. Don’t forget that they recently shocked Bangladesh by clinching the three-match T20I series 2-1. It will be interesting to see how the hosts fare against a quality team with some lethal fast bowlers.
