The Dharmakaya Center for Wellbeing in Cragsmoor secured the number one spot on USA Today’s list of top 10 meditation centers in the country.
It also ranked #5 in the list of best wellness retreats in America.

Rooted in Tibetan Buddhist principles, Dharmakaya offers a variety of programs and retreats focused on meditation, mindfulness, yoga, and holistic healing. According to their website, their integrated practice involves the connection between both mental health and physical health.
The cliff-top center, which opened in 2018, is situated on 90 acres on the Shawangunk Ridge, with amazing views of the Catskill Mountains. The area has long attracted artists looking to surround themselves in nature’s beauty with its rocky cliffs, waterfalls and glacial pools.
