Kenya: President William Ruto pledged on Friday an additional 600 officers for the U.N.-backed mission to Haiti, following a meeting with Haiti’s visiting prime minister Garry Conille in Nairobi. Kenya already has nearly 400 police deployed to the troubled Caribbean nation.
