For those who are interested, customers abroad can visit gigaroam.smart.ph That website will show different data plans that would suit their roaming needs.
Smart also shared two steps to active roaming devices:
1. For Prepaid users, just text “ROAM ON” to 333, while for Postpaid users can call *888.
2. Select a country to book a roaming pack then press continue. After that, it will show different plans users may avail of.
Do note price per plan may vary depending on the country you’re in.
