Air Europa is set to offer more than 5.8 million seats across its network for the upcoming winter season, enhancing connectivity between Spain, Europe, and America.
The expansion represents a notable increase in seat availability, with European routes growing by over 9% compared to 2023.
The airline has reached a capacity of over 1.7 million seats for European destinations, bolstered by the addition of a new route to Venice inaugurated last summer.
In the American market, Air Europa will provide over 1.4 million seats this winter. The airline is also introducing a new route to Santiago de los Caballeros in the Dominican Republic, with two weekly flights.
Four other routes—Panama, Caracas, Asunción, and Salvador de Bahía—will see increased frequencies from Madrid-Barajas Airport, further solidifying Air Europa’s transatlantic presence.
For long-haul flights, the airline will continue to utilize its Dreamliner fleet, which welcomed a new unit in August.
Meanwhile, short- and medium-haul operations will be supported by the Boeing 737 fleet, ensuring efficiency and comfort across all routes.
With these enhancements, Air Europa aims to meet the growing demand and provide more options for travelers during the winter season.
